"As per the online instruction it says to go to the drop off zone, however this is not the case as the meet and greet, for dropping of the car is at the pick up zone, this leads to a lot of confusion as the two zones are not connected and you have to leave the parking zone completely. The instructions provided require updating, apart from this I cannot fault the service"

"Drive in and be welcomed by a friendly gent who takes your car keys and gives you a ticket. Jump on the bus, stop nearby, and be delivered to the airport entrance. On your return, jump on the bus, get off at stop 4, exchange your ticket in the reception office for your car keys and your off home. All very smooth and straightforward."
