Park and walk involves driving to a car park located close to the terminal and then walking into the terminal. Meet and greet allows you to drive straight to the terminal where you are met by a fully insured driver. You then make your way into the terminal building.

There is a great range of parking options at Edinburgh Airport ranging from quick and easy Meet and Greet parking to the more economical option of Park and Ride.

Park and Ride parking is very convenient at Edinburgh Airport
with most transfer times ranging from 3 - 5 minutes, although Low Cost offer a cheaper service with a transfer of 15 minutes. If you have a larger vehicle we recommend PremiAir Wide Space with their larger parking spaces. Edinburgh Airport has one main passenger terminal with 22 departure gates (7 of which have jet-bridges).

Facilities at the terminal

Edinburgh Airport has a great range of shops and services available before you travel. Alongside the usual WorldDutyFree, WH Smith and Superdrug you will also find designer stores including Boss, Jo Malone and Kurt Geiger. There is also the Aerospa beauty lounge for your beauty quick fix needs like a manicure, lash and eye treatments or a pre flight massage.

You can grab a drink, snack or full meal at one of the many bars and restaurants at the airport including AMT Coffee and Caffe Nero, Fringe Bar and Eating Place, and Flutes and Tails Champagne Bar.


Edinburgh Airport serves a great number of European destinations including Amsterdam, Dublin, Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Genenva and Alicante. Many of the airlines add additional seasonal routes with destinations like Bodrum, Crete, Antalya and Chicago-O'Hare.

As well as these international destinations they have domestic flights to the main UK airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham and Bristol.
